Collecting payments and arrears
We put a very high priority on collection of rent to ensure tenants fulfil their obligation to pay their rent as it’s due. Tenants rental payments are monitored on a daily basis and appropriate notices are issued if any arrears occur.
Inspections and owners report
Routine inspections provide us with the opportunity to notify you of any maintenance that may be required on your investment property. Our regular inspections also give us the opportunity to ensure your tenant is maintaining the property to your standards.
We will provide you with a detailed condition report and a schedule of recommended routine maintenance after each inspection.
At the end of each tenancy we will inspect your property and ensure that the tenant leaves the property in its original condition.
Organising repairs and upkeep
We organise any maintenance required and hire the best tradespeople who do a good job at a reasonable price.
We provide monthly remittance to you together with the rental statements for taxations needs.
