What Services Does A Mortgage Manager Provide?

Great Pacific Finance depends on providing a superior service level to the traditional Bank Lenders. We are smaller, which enables us to provide personal service and develop stronger relationships with clients. Mortgage Managers are required by their funding sources to meet stringent credit standards. Due diligence requirements set by the Wholesale Lender ensures the clients are being served by an organisation which is fully qualified.

Accreditation Requirements

  • Hold appropriate level of MFAA or FBAA membership (i.e. AMC, independent operator, partnership or company)

and

  • Minimum Professional Indemnity Insurance cover for $1 Million or more
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a lending role in a financial institution
  • Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing

All introducers complete training on Great Pacific products and documentation requirements.
